ABOUT TOBY ACUnA

Toby Acuña is a freelance photographer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from Manila, Philippines, he was introduced to photography at a young age by his father, a photography hobbyist.
In 2008, Toby and his family migrated to the United States, settling in Las Vegas—
a city that would later become both his home and creative arena.

His professional journey began in 2009 when he covered his first assignment at Tuff-N-Uff, a prominent local amateur Mixed Martial Arts circuit. His dynamic, story-driven visuals quickly earned him recognition, leading to a steady role as one of the organization’s principal photographers. Through this work, he built lasting relationships within the fight, modeling, nightlife, and hospitality industries—establishing a strong presence in the Las Vegas creative community.
In 2013, Toby expanded his portfolio by joining WENDOH Media, the parent company of SPYONvegas.com, SEVEN Magazine, and the Life Is Beautiful Music Festival. During his tenure, he contributed to a range of high-profile editorial and commercial projects across print and digital platforms.
By 2019, Toby became the resident photographer for PLAY Management, later acquired by Clique Hospitality, continuing to document some of the city’s most influential nightlife and entertainment venues.
In 2023, he became a resident photographer for AVN (Adult Video Network), a globally recognized publication within the adult entertainment industry.
In 2025, Toby joined the visual team of the NHL’s Las Vegas Golden Knights, further solidifying his reputation as one of the city’s most versatile and trusted visual storytellers.

His work has appeared in Sports Illustrated, Haute Living, Modern Luxury, People Magazine, CNN, Robb Report, Las Vegas Magazine, Las Vegas Review-Journal, and Los Angeles Magazine, among other national and regional publications.
